Boosie Badazz is clearing his name after being accused of orchestrating the murder of Chicago jeweler Duke The Jeweler in Houston, Texas during Labor Day Weekend. They then released the single “Why” in 2001, with the song gaining popularity with the release of a garage remix that catapulted it to number eight on the charts. Their second song, “All I Want,” reached number two on the charts. Mis-Teeq released their self-titled first album, Lickin’ On Both Sides, in October of that year.
